- Create notification for Multiple Reconciliation of Remuneration Statement
To reduce the risk of duplicate reconciliation, users will now receive a warning when attempting to reconcile additional remuneration against a statement item that has already been reconciled.
- Create "End Date" field logic for Recurring Remuneration in Business Register
A new Service Fee End Date field is now available in recurring remuneration settings within the Business Register. This prevents remuneration expectations from being generated beyond the specified end date.
- Store Values for Total Assets, Total Liabilities, and other fields in Current Financial Situation
Calculated values for Total Assets, Total Liabilities, Net Assets, Total Annual Income, Total Annual Expenses, and Annual Surplus/Deficit are now stored in the backend. This enables consistent use of these values for reporting and downstream processes.
- Make Remuneration Type as a mandatory field in Business Register (For UK firms and clients using UK Wealthcraft Solution only).
The Reporting Remuneration Type field is now mandatory across the following sections of the Business Register: Initial, Recurring, and Regular Remuneration Settings. This ensures complete and standardized data for remuneration reporting.
- Adding Tolerance Days field in Wealthcraft
In Organization Settings → Remuneration Setting, the single tolerance day field has been updated to two separate fields: Past Tolerance Days and Future Tolerance Days. This provides greater flexibility in defining tolerance ranges for auto‑linking.
- Risk profile Download Report button (For Morningstar Risk Profiler module only)
Once the Morningstar Risk Profiler questionnaire have been finalised, user will be able to see the Download Report button at the top ribbon.
- Resolve Excel Online Error
Several users experience an error prompt when trying to perform the Open in Excel Online functionality. The bug has been resolved by giving permission on Office Document to Advisor role for all the firms, so that Excel online should open without any error.
- Disable linking between FCA regulated field changes with Advice Type field (UK solutions)
If the user makes any changes in FCA regulated field, then there should not be any change in Advice Type field.
- Update character limit for Expected Remuneration Distribution and Remuneration Distribution Names
Some users get an error prompt when uploading Remuneration Statements where the file name is too long. This has been updated to a maximum character count of 850.
